Penny Milburn is the Head of Customer Success for Data Center Systems. Penny leads the cross-functional management of DCS’s customer engagement and support initiatives. Penny is critical to the execution of the DCS sales and business strategies related to operations, sales process, ordering procedures, training, and overall customer satisfaction. Penny comes from an entrepreneurial background and has over 25 years in the data and telecommunications industry. Penny possesses a variety of experience in roles ranging from administration to management. Penny enjoys the relationships she has built with DCS customers as well as being responsible for managing the support and operations functions of Inside Sales at Data Center Systems.
