TRUNK CABLES

Pre-terminated Trunk cables are built specifically for director class switches. Staggering the legs of the trunks give connectivity across the director a more manageable fit by eliminating slack and opening up circulation of air flow.

JUMPER CABLES

Jumpers provide the “final feet” of connectivity between Patch Panels at the Central Patching Location or between Patch Panels and production hardware at the Zone Patching Location.

HARNESSES

Harnesses are used as a quick connect extension when coupled with an MTP trunk cable.

MULTI-BAY

Our Multi-Bay is designed specifically as a Central Patching Facility featuring a series of open frame racks with cable management. It also has fully lockable accordion doors for security, which can be completely open for patching without any obstacles between racks.

OVERHEAD

These frames easily mount to a basket or ladder tray directly above the Equipment Distribution Area (EDA) serviced.

ZONE

Our open frame zone solutions create a fiber connectivity point to the active equipment for ease of moves, adds and changes at the Equipment Distribution Area.

UNIVERSAL SERIES

MIMIC SERIES

Patching products specific to mimicking ports and port labeling on switches and other devices. Mimic patch products are available for Brocade, Cisco, Juniper, IBM Mainframes and many more.

IBM Z SERIES

Patch panels designed to mimic the IBM Z mainframe PCIe I/O drawers. When drawers are added, DCS Z-series patch panels “mimic” the actual drawer location, slot number, port number, domain, and upon request, physical channel IDs (PCHID).

DCS provides a full line of cable management products designed for quick and easy routing of horizontal and vertical cable throughout the data center.

DCS airflow management products are designed to help reduce energy consumption by containing hot or cold air paths to and from switches that are mounted into deep cabinets.
